Designed to reduce the very pronounced front to rear rake of the 200 Series Toyota Land Cruiser. Includes drop forged front upper control arms with added strength and 4 degrees of caster correction to return the suspension geometry back to factory specifications. Coil spring rates are selected based on the constant accessory weight of the vehicle (bumper, winch, canopy etc). This prevents a driveline vibration issue commonly associated with incorrectly matched shock and spring combinations.

Lift Height

This kit allows you to run larger tires and increase your payload capacity. This makes it easy to bring all your gear on your next overland adventure!

The kit includes OME upper control arms that provide an increase in caster and up to 1.5 degrees of negative camber. It also includes CNC machined lower preload collars and top spacer plates that are hard anodized black for a long life. This lift kit does not require new UCA's so you can retain the factory suspension geometry and wheel alignment specifications after install. This kit features a Fox 2.0 Performance Series shock that can be adjusted in height front to suit your constant accessory load (bumper, winch, roof rack etc) as well as a chromoly adjustable rear link and King coil springs. It also has a built in stone shield on the rear shock reservoir to combat rock rash. This kit is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Suspension Components

The 200 series lift kit includes a set of sway bar links and our heavy duty drop-forged upper control arms. These are significantly stronger than the OEM parts they replace and will correct the factory caster angle allowing for wider tyres without rubing the inner wheel arches.

The front & rear shock absorbers are a high quality, Australian made product which can be tuned to suit your vehicle. The dampers feature a massive custom piston and light 6061-T6 aluminium supports. They are highly valved with a wide range of damping settings and offer exceptional performance both on and off road, as well as providing an exceptionally comfortable ride. The 200 series lift kit  are a great option for those who like to tour and spend a lot of time off road and want to eliminate the excessive rear end sag caused by OE springs. They are also an excellent solution for those who need to carry a significant amount of equipment or payload.

Shock Absorbers

A full front suspension kit - incorporating coil springs and shock absorbers designed for the 200 series lift kit to give quality on road handling and improved off road ability. During checkout you can select whether the shock absorbers are Elite series for all round performance or XTR for heavy offroad use. You can also choose to have the front struts pre-assembled which renews the factory top strut plate for easier fitting.

Dobinsons shocks are designed and tested in Australia to withstand the blistering heat, pounding corrugations and cold of an Australian outback summer. They have a military spec, big bore design with an external bypass tube for optimum pressure balance and performance under extreme conditions. The shocks are a good 50mm longer than factory on the 300 Series - this means you can fit a diff drop without sacrificing your factory wheel alignment for tyre life. The Old Man Emu front and rear coil springs reduce the pronounced rake found on the Toyota's original suspension to make for a more planted ride, especially over fast dirt roads or when carrying loads.

Coil Springs

Old Man Emu designs a wide range of coil springs, with each one individually designed based on the make and model of vehicle. This ensures that the front and rear spring rates are correct for your laden and unladen vehicle, to provide optimum ride comfort. All springs are CNC cold wound and bar peeled, shot blasted, load tested, scragged to eliminate subsequent spring sag and then electro-static powder coated for longevity. The springs are then carefully matched to the shock absorbers in the 200 series lift kit  to give a fully integrated suspension system.

When you’re driving over fast dirt roads in your Toyota, the upgraded suspension will help to improve road holding, handling and towing balance, so you can confidently tackle even the most demanding terrain with ease. It also helps to remove that boat-like soft feeling of the factory vehicle. Fitting the front coil springs to the TOY063 labeled as D/S will increase ride height by 10mm.
